Mugdha Godse gets nostalgic
After the success of Fashion, Mughda Godse is looking forward to a string of films ahead.
She has Madhur Bhandarkar’s Jail and Ajay Devgan’s All The Best. The model turned actress tells us she is excited about the films she is doing now. She also at the same time shared with us one of her most memorable moments in life.
Coming from a humble background Mugdha says the feeling that people are appreciating my work is still sinking in. “It’s a different high when people see you and call out to you on the streets. Suddenly you are an icon and people want to reach out to you. When I went to the IIFA awards there were young boys and girls shouting my name. I was stunned I never knew the power of cinema. But it has definitely boosted me to perform better now. I studied in a Marathi medium school and I took up modeling just for the fun of it. Before that I had taken up part time jobs. My parents have still not got over the fact that I am into movies. But after Fashion they are confident and happy about my career” she says.
