Recently, the whole unit of upcoming film TINA KI CHAABI was in Tangra to shoot for this very important sequence. The director Amit Saxena was so particular that he insisted in having the real locals of Tangra to make the crowd scene look authentic. The production was more than happy to hire the locals which included both Kids and adults who in return were very mesmerized by the whole idea of shooting for a Bollywood film.
Apparently, the kids of Tangra were very sporty and energetic and actor Ranvir Shorey got along very well with them as they danced, singed and chatted together. However a source close from the unit reveals, ''After pack-up, the locals saw Ranvir leaving in his car, they instantly rushed and locked the gate not letting him to go. We all thought their actions were as a result of emotional reasons but it was only later that we discovered that the locals felt Ranvir was running away without paying them their due. Luckily at the right time, a production guy intervened and made them realize that production people were sitting inside to pay them and everyone had a hearty laugh about the whole episode.''
Director Amit Saxena laughed and said, ''It was really funny to witness and I was tempted to stand with the crowd and incite them so that the situation got a little more agitated. But soon the production came and rushed to Ranvir aid and got the situation under control.''
