Aamir Khan’s Ghajini is suddenly facing legal wranglings and may face the threat of not releasing on December 25 as scheduled.The original producer of Ghajini in Tamil, Chandrasekaran has filed a plea in a Chennai court to stop Aamir’s Ghajini from being released in Tamilnadu as he has not been compensated for the remake rights. If he wins the case, Hindi Ghajini may be banned from screening in Tamilnadu.In another case filed a case in a Mumbai court, KBC Pictures stated that they possess the Hindi remake rights of the Tamil version of Ghajini. KBC Pictures is producing a film titled Kahani Ghajini Ki. The court will hear the counter affidavit of respondent producer Madhu Mantena on December 24.However, Reliance BIG Pictures, who are releasing Aamir’s Ghajini worldwide, say that the film will be released on December 25 as scheduled as Bombay High Court allowed the release in spite of the copy-right case pending in the lower court.
