Now, after bebo crossed paths with chote nawab Saif Ali Khan, the Pataudis have always wanted to give her a new name. Now, the new nickname for Kareena is formally ritualized, as the Pataudi household loves to refer Kareena as choti begum.
It's learnt that Saif played a bigger role in naming Kareena in true nawabi style. Well, for the moment, looks like the couple are just basking in the light of their new identities.
