Akshay Kumar’s high profile movie Action Replay was one of the best kept secrets in Bollywood until now. The movie that will see the sizzling Akshay and Aish paired together since their last movie ‘Khakee’ had a huge twist to the tale, which no one was revealing.
Akshay Kumar will go through a reverse aging process in the movie just like Brad Pitt does in ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’. This Oscar winning film released in India and bombed at the BO, but this Akshay Kumar starrer is catching eyes already. In the movie Akshay starts of at 62 years and then grows younger to 26 years, he will be seen from being an old father to a sexy young hipster with bell bottomed jeans and all.
Vipul Shah has slated a November to December release for Action Replay and the film will release along with strict competition by Aamir’s ‘3 Idiots’ and Shahrukh’s ‘My Name is Khan’.The film is an out and out romantic comedy and has never been attempted in bollywood before, so Vipul Shah is taking a big risk here. But working with his favorite actor Akshay Kumar has always been fun for Vipul, and looks like he’s the only one who can bring out the best in Akshay.
