After Danny Boyle has proved to the world that his directorial skill is above exceptional witSlumdog Millionaire winning 8 Oscar’s and accolades at the worldwide level.
Now Hollywood will bestow him another prestige, the honour of directing a Bond film. Bond producer Barbara Broccoli has asked Boyle to direct the 23rd Bond film, The other producer Callum McDougal is Boyle's friend and has served as a producer of Boyle's 2002 film 'The Beach'.
Directing a Bond film is not an easy task, as with all action and adventure and love and mystery all packed into one big blockbuster of a movie that is anticipated around the world, you have to be better than good, you have to be god! And right now Danny Boyle is God!
So with Daniel Craig’s involvement and the 007 plots more focused on character than gadets and games, this one’s definitely going to be massive.
