Well what all do people do to promote stuff. Cricket and glamour seem to go hand in hand and every glamour queen in Bollywood seems to be adopting a team. With Preity Zinta and Juhi Chawla owning the Punjab and the Kolkata teams, the latest entrant into the IPL crowd is Shilpa Shetty. The sexy siren seems to be taking leaps and bounds to promote her team the Rajastan Royals.
Shilpa who recently announced her venture into the IPL field owns a 12.5 percent stake along with her friend Raj Kundra in the Rajastan Royals team. The actress has come out with a new promotional funda. She has declared that she will be donating 6000 INR if any player of the Rajastan Royals hits a six.
Wow, What an idea!
Shilpa has said that this money will be used to provide electricity to the villages that she has adopted. Shilpa also has a foundation which caters to the needy. She is also planning to do an album in support of her team. With so much of glamour and the cricketing stars, the IPL season sure seems to be the main attraction during the summer holidays!
