SPJ Sadhana School Flags of their "Lay A Brick, Build A Dream" Project. The high tea hosted at Taj Lands End was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The occasion commenced with a warm welcome by the representatives of Sadhana School, a well known establishment that empowers people with special needs, followed by an entertaining and energetic performance by their children inspired by the film "Rock On". Inaugurating the event was none other than the most sought after actor director Farhan Akhtar who very composedly laid a brick in the wall and articulated his support for the cause.
Farhan on the occasion said, "Like Obama who collected small amounts for his campaign, Sadhana will reach out to people all over the country and Indians all over the world to participate in this campaign that asks people to but a brick for just Rs. 5000. The thought behind this initiative was to create awareness around the campaign which in turn will generate a steady flow of charitable donations and an army of volunteers."
